KeyMetric is a well known company for mobile analytics and call tracking. Fortunately for their users, they also have an API so they can integrate their data into their favorite reporting solution. You have asked for it, KeyMetric API integration is now available into DashThis.
We created the following standard KPIs available from the Indicators drop down menu:
- Total number of calls
- Calls by source
- Calls by status
- Avg. call duration

Nowadays, more and more managers want their offline metrics to be included in their dashboard. If it’s easy to do this for Google Analytics, it’s not that obvious for other systems such as call tracking services.
Fortunately, most call tracking systems vendors offer a way to access their data. Mostly by an API.
So if your call center has a system providing some sort of API then it can be included within DashThis really quickly.
At this time, we have integrated Marchex Call Analytics, Avanser and KeyMetric.
How to integrate your call tracking’s data to a dashboard?
Once the provider’s API has been integrated, you simply choose the call tracking data source when you create a new dashboard. Predefined widgets as well as some metrics and dimensions will be available for you to use.
