Dashboard Addition: Google Analytics Multi Channel Funnels Assisted Conversions by Source, Medium and Groupings

We added three new widgets for our Google Analytics Multi Channel Funnels (MCF) integration. This will let you get the assisted conversions by Medium, Source and Groupings:

  • Assisted conversions by Grouping
  • Assisted conversions by Medium
  • Assisted conversions by Source

You can find those KPIs in the Multi Channel Funnels tab of the indicators menu:

Google Analytics Multi-Channel Funnels : Get Only Assisted Goals or Transactions

One thing that you have to consider when using Google Analytics MCF and its assisted conversions metric is that it includes both goal completions and transactions. It might give you headache at some point. That’s why we just added two new widgets:

  • Assisted Goals Only
  • Assisted Transactions Only

Both are filtered on the conversion type which could be Goal or Transaction.

Create a Dashboard Using Google Analytics Multi-channels Funnels Api

The Multi-Channels Funnels (MCF) is one of the most interesting tools in Google Analytics for marketers. For example, to track assisted conversions from organic search which bring a lot of value to SEO agencies.

Still, this feature wasn’t available for third party developer until recently. We at DashThis quickly integrated this new API so you can create a dashboard using all the features from the Google Analytics Multi-Channels Funnels API.
