How to create a dashboard using LinkedIn Pages?

LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional social network. They have been allowing company pages for a while and since marketers are using them more and more, it was important that we integrate the LinkedIn company pages API to help you track your social performance on LinkedIn.

The following standard KPIs are available from the Preset Widgets drop down menu:

  • • Engagement Rate
  • • Followers count
  • • Impressions
  • • Number of Clicks
  • • Number of Comments
  • • Number of Likes
  • • Number of Shares
  • • Total Social Interactions

The available metrics and dimensions are:

  • • Clicks
  • • Impressions
  • • Comments Count
  • • Engagement Rate
  • • Followers Count
  • • Likes
  • • Shares
  •  • Social Interactions

There is no Linkedin Pages Dimension available at this time.

Some notes:

  • While there is no historical data for the Follower Counts, we keep your data as soon as you create your first widget, so your Followers Count will evolve over time.
  • Linkedin KPIs (other than Followers Count) are updated by Linkedin only once a month. We can retrieve them at the beginning of each month for the previous month. Due to this limitation, we don’t recommend that you create Periodic dashboards for a daily or weekly time frame to measure the Linkedin integration.
  • This integration doesn’t include Linkedin Ads metrics, which is a different API. But don’t worry, we’ve also integrated LinkedIn Ads API! Have a look at our article on this matter!
