Each plan now comes with a set number of data sources, making it easier to understand what’s included in your plan. The limits are designed to comfortably support most customer setups.

What is a source
A source is counted when a data account is actively connected to at least one dashboard. Each connected account (for example, a Google Analytics property or an ad account) counts as one source, no matter how many widgets use it.
You can review, manage, and remove your sources directly in the app to make sure only active and relevant sources are counted toward your plan.

What is a dashboard?
Dashboards are your marketing reports, they can contain multiple integrations, sources, KPIs, and metrics. Users usually create one dashboard per client. For more information, see this article.
What is a source?
A source is a connected data account used to populate your dashboards. Each unique data account counts as one source, regardless of how many dashboards or widgets use it. Examples include a Google Analytics property, a Google Ads account, or a Facebook Ads account.
How are source counted?
A source is counted when a data account is actively connected to at least one dashboard. Each connected account (for example, a Google Analytics property or an ad account) counts as one source, no matter how many widgets use it. Archived or inactive sources do not count toward your limit.
Where can I see how many sources I'm using?
In the integration section, at the top right of the page, you'll see a counter showing. Or, go to Plan & Billing in your account.
Under your current plan details, you’ll see:

How can I reduce my number of sources?
You can reduce your source count by archiving or removing sources that are no longer needed.

The end of the world!!! Actually, your dashboards will still exist, but they won’t be accessible. Just pick out your plan and payment option, and return to your account like nothing happened!
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yep! You can easily change plans whenever you need to from within your own account. You don’t even need to let us know (although we like it when you write!).
Can I cancel my account anytime?
Sure! Although we hate to see you go, you can cancel your plan whenever you need to. You’ll only be charged for the rest of your current pay period (be it monthly or annually).
Do you offer a discount for nonprofits?
Of course! We offer 30% off our regular prices for nonprofit organizations!
