Update: Email Notifications When a Note is Added

We added email notifications to keep you in the loop when a new note is added to a dashboard. It’s quite useful to be notified instantly when our boss or client asks a question, isn’t it?

The way it works is simple. Three types of people get notifications:

• The account administrator
  Anyone who has a scheduled notification (weekly, quarterly and so on)
  Anyone who has specified his email address when adding a note.

Of course, anybody can unsubscribe from these subscriptions.

The note itself and a link redirecting to the conversation is included in the notification as well as the link to unsubscribe.
