Important Announcement: Upcoming Pricing Update

TLDR: For the first time in 9 years, we are increasing our pricing starting May 1st. To our monthly subscription users: If you would like to lock in your current price, you can switch to a yearly plan and benefit from our best rate. Keep reading to learn more!

When DashThis was created, its founder Stéphane had one mission: build a seamless reporting solution to help marketers save time and money.

Since then, we’ve come a long way to improve our product. We grew our development team, added new features, and expanded our support team to deliver outstanding customer service. These investments allowed us to deliver more value to our customers and helped us grow our customer base.

What changed (for the best!) in the last few years:

• Many new integrations were added, including Linkedin ads, SEMrush, GA4, Google My Business, Tiktok ads, Klaviyo, Hubspot, and more.
• Updated and maintained integrations following the feedback from our valued customers
• Added features like white label and custom themes
• Tons of new preset report templates and widgets
• Updated technological infrastructure to support thousands of clients in over 120 countries

As mentioned, our customer base has grown, and we’ve maintained our legendary customer support by hiring and training additional support staff to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with the same level of care and attention to detail. Additionally, we've implemented new technologies and tools to streamline the support process, enabling our team to respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries.

One of our core values at DashThis is transparency, internally and externally. Maintaining customer satisfaction has increased significantly, and our cost to acquire a customer has also. While we are satisfied with all our investments, this growth has involved expanding our team and infrastructure to accommodate increased demand and adopting new technologies to enhance our product offerings.

Therefore, after careful consideration, we have decided to increase our pricing for the first time in 9 years.

While this decision was not taken light-heartedly, a solution to sustain our growth level and continue delivering the best possible service to our customers was required. To achieve this, increasing our pricing to reflect the true value of our product and the resources required to maintain it was needed with a slight pricing increase. Please note that all features included in your current plan will remain the same. 

Effective May 1st, 2023, our pricing will be updated as follows:

We understand that pricing adjustments can worry clients, we want to offer the possibility of locking in your current subscription to keep a great price! For our monthly users, you can switch from your monthly subscription to a yearly one before the pricing change takes effect on May 1st, 2023. This can be done directly in your account by accessing Plan and Billing under the account menu (top right-hand corner). For our yearly users, you too can benefit from this best price by locking in your current subscription for another year. Please contact us directly to renew your subscription before May 1st, 2023.

You can expect this change to provide continued customer value delivery in new features, integrations, R&D, and technology. We’re currently dipping our toes into AI reporting and are excited to talk to you about it when the time comes.
