Add a Margin to AdWords Cost in Google Analytics

A lot of SEM /PPC /  web agencies need to report the total cost the client pay rather than the Adwords cost alone. The total cost would include the agency fee.

Most of the time, it’s a margin like 15% or 20% that it is added to the cost. Sometimes it’s a flat fee like 200$.
